OmniBurrow (“OmniBurrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at omniburrow.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you sign up for our waitlist.

We are based in California. Our practices comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, to the extent applicable, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

2. Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the following personal information:

• Email address — provided by you when you submit the waitlist form.
• Consent timestamp — the date and time you checked the consent box, recorded for our compliance records.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal details at the waitlist stage. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this Site beyond what is strictly necessary for it to function.

3. How We Use Your Information

We collect your email address solely for the following purposes:

• To notify you when OmniBurrow launches or when early access becomes available.
• To send you occasional product updates directly related to OmniBurrow — and nothing else.

We will never use your email address for unrelated marketing, share it with advertisers, or add it to any third-party mailing lists without your separate consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We use Resend (resend.com), a trusted third-party email delivery provider, to securely route transactional and notification emails on our behalf. Resend receives your email address only for the purpose of delivering messages we send you. Resend is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

We do not share, rent, or disclose your personal information to any other third parties, except when required to do so by law or to protect the rights and safety of OmniBurrow or others.

6. Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Access a copy of that information.
• Delete your personal information from our records.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (though, as stated above, we do not sell it).
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address until you request deletion or until OmniBurrow's waitlist is closed, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their information to us, please contact us at hello@omniburrow.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers via email.
